Mô tả Công việc

Ensure the accurate and timely recognition of payables to suppliers in compliance with actual transactions, corporate policies, and applicable legal and tax regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting both internal and external reporting requirements.
Ensure that financial statements comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and the company’s Chart of Accounts (CoA)
Conduct periodic closings of the General Ledger (GL) module by monitoring accounting transactions, posting entries, and preparing timely financial statements
Ensure all journal entries are supported by detailed, clear, and valid documentation. Reconcile and verify audit reports prior to issuance, adhering to stipulated deadlines
Provide input to optimize the ERP system for financial reporting and review processes
Maintain a thorough understanding of tax decrees and circulars to ensure accurate application and optimized use of tax regulations in report preparation
Prepare tax reports on schedule and support the tax advisory team with data finalization and explanations during tax audits
Systematically and securely store data, records, and legal documents in accordance with legal requirements, including company legal files, contracts, financial statements, audit reports, and tax filings. Organize data storage in a structured and accessible format to support diverse reporting needs via network drives
Prepare specialized reports for investors, banks, and regulatory authorities; participate in periodic inventory checks in line with company procedures

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in general accounting, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in accounting systems such as Oracle or SAP.
Strong command of MS Power BI and Power Query for data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of financial accounting, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Business-level English proficiency, especially in financial communication.
