Mô tả Công việc

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B prospects in target markets.
  • Maintain and enrich a database of qualified leads using tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in developing outreach lists for outbound campaigns (email, social, events).

2. Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Support the creation and execution of targeted B2B email and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials (presentations, case studies, newsletters).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead magnets, PR activities, and webinars.

3. CRM & Data Management

  • Ensure accurate tracking of all leads, opportunities, and partner interactions in HubSpot.
  • Assist in building sales pipelines and reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain partner records and categorisation within the CRM.

4. Partner Cultivation

  • Support follow-up and relationship-building efforts with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate Easia Travel’s participation in trade shows, roadshows, and virtual events.
  • Help implement incentive programmes, joint marketing activities, and FAM trips.

5. Sales Enablement

  • Prepare meeting briefs, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing comparisons to support business cases.
  • Assist in collating feedback from clients and reporting on market trends.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the travel industry or with international markets
  • Strong research and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in travel and intercultural communication.
