We are looking for a professional leader to drive our team and brand forward.

[Job Description]

Operations: Enforce SOP, manage inventory, and provide sales/performance reports.
HR & Leadership: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for part-time staff.
Brand Growth: Support seasonal promotions, collaborations
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international clientele and coordinate between ownership and staff.
Educational Mindset: Ability to conduct staff training on service etiquette, product knowledge, and hygiene.
Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards, handle customer feedback.
Drink & Dessert Prep: Preparing high-quality coffee and plating desserts with care.
