Mô tả Công việc

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier will manage all transactions with suppliers/business teams accurately and efficiently including:
Keeping track of all cash and credit transactions, ledge cash & credit transactions into accounting software.
Resolve if having any complaints of business team, guide them and provide relevant information about invoices, cash payment request.
Planning for cash withdrawal for company operation and preparing daily finance report
Register initial information for newcomers: phone number, VND/USD bank account, bank book, internet banking, etc.
Reconcile debit notes with suppliers such as mobiphone, lunch boxes, DHL, ICE, Shinhan Bank, VinaSun etc.
Keeping track of all Courier/Hand Carry transactions, detail checking about CD, AWB, invoices and prepare monthly courier and hand carry report
Other tasks assigned

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Lunch Break: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Work Location: GLOBAL HANSOLL Company – The Vista Somerset, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience: 0 - 1 year of working experience in cashier position.
College/University degree in accounting/finance & banking
Good command in English
Self-motivated, responsible, patient, honesty and reliable
Careful, truthful, reliable and hard working
Capable to work under pressure
Microsoft office skills
