About the Role

As a Nesting Coach, you’ll support and train new prospectors, making sure they understand our working methods, follow the Nesting process, and reach their goals.

You’ll be both a coach and mentor, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to perform successfully in their roles.

What You’ll Do

Coach and lead new prospectors to achieve their performance targets.
Ensure the Nesting process runs smoothly (calendar, quality circle, evaluations, etc.).
Track and evaluate performance, share regular feedback, and report results.
Support the development of team members’ skills and motivation.
Work closely with the Nesting Director and other departments (Purchasing, Training, HR, Recruitment).
Ensure procedures, deadlines, and internal regulations are respected.

What You Bring

Proven Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales, B2B Consulting, or the BPO industry and relevant fields.
Hands-on Coaching & Development: A strong track record of training and coaching team members, with a focus on improving individual and team performance based on specific data and KPIs
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in English and good command of computer tools.
A dynamic, curious, and proactive mindset — you enjoy helping others grow and succeed.
