Job purpose:

Provide complete drug information to users and enhance the company’s customer service experience on the system

Responsibilities:

Collect, upload, and update images of all products distributed by the company on the system
Collect, upload, and update product descriptions and user manuals for all products distributed by the company on the system
Ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, validity, and visual quality of product images and information according to standards and under the guidance and approval of the direct manager
May take on additional tasks related to e-commerce

Functional competencies:

Able to plan work and ensure daily progress
Careful and precise when performing operations on the system

Skills:

Good MS Office skills / Proficient in computer skills
Hardworking, patient, with high perseverance and resilience
Basic banner design skills (Canva)
