Mô tả Công việc

Planning and strategy:

Build the budget, issue and supervise the KPIs of QE department
Frequency making Quality Engineering report to Quality Director and BOD
Lead the Quality Engineering activities from concept to the customer ownership experience
Development and implement Escooter Quality Engineering strategy, system and procedures.
Asssist the problem identification and resolution of all quality issues in an effective and timely.
Responsible for communicating and escalating quality issues to appropriate levels of leadership for rapid resolution.
Built of the product quality inspection standard (CVIS, IPQS) base on drawings and technical standards.
Similar reponsible for the other required plants asigned by Leadership.

Implementing quality improvement activities:

Suppervise the team manage quality issue in SIL system, escalate on time to Leadership in case need.
Suppervise the team to follow ISO system, frequency planing and implement the internal system audit.

Safety and risk management:

Carry out safety management activities in testing and evaluation of vehicles inside/outside the factory with QE related.
Identify and reduce/ eliminate high risks with QE related through potential risk assessments and improvement.

Human development:

Train a team of well-disciplined engineers and technicians to well implement the quality objectives.
Enhance solidarity and teamwork to ensure everyone works for the common goals of departments, companies and corporations.
Improve self-awareness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education/ Professional knowledge:

Engineering related mechanical or electrical

English: Fluent.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering at a minimum

Skill, experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Has experience in developing and implementing successful Quality strategies, systems, processes and procedures in the product development quality area of the business.
Mininum 5 years of experience in the field of quality management of motorbike manufacturing factories
Good knowledge quality management and tools: 7 QC tools, IATF16949, ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,.. .
Have experience in multi-industrial process such as: Casting, machining, plating, painting, machining, stamping, assembly…
Possibility, experience in investigating and researching faults occurring at the factory for motorbike products.
Skills and experience in developing and implementing quality strategies of departments and companies.
Management competencies: Leading, coaching, influencing, focus on result, customer orientation, team intergation, communication skills,...
