Materials used, include among others, wood and wood veneers, metal, and veneering of resin, leather and metal. Use of solid wood construction, acrylic, stone and metal componentry.
Finishes include stains, paints, lacquer, patinas and many surface techniques on all materials to enhance your designs.
Upholstery includes frame making, exposed wood or fully upholstered products including a dining chair program.
Manufacturing processes utilize careful materials selection, CNC and full machine room parts and whitewood preparation and hand craftsmanship where necessary. Moisture control is paramount and an on-site moisture control room is utilized when necessary.
Finishing is carried out with attention to producing sophisticated high-end products for the customer including a team of stylists to ensure proper finish development. Clean room finishing is available.
The company also has a dedicated samples development team to provide the customer a “concept to standing item” product development process.
An extensive sourcing function, including field quality assurance is available for materials and techniques to complete the customer’s product needs.
