Mô tả Công việc

- Chịu trách nhiệm về hoạt động vận chuyển nội địa theo các yêu cầu của khách hàng

- Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng, lắng nghe các nhu cầu kinh doanh của khách hàng và đề ra các giải pháp thích hợp

- Đảm bảo mức độ dịch vụ của Rhenus luôn luôn đáp ứng với yêu cầu của khách hàng

- Theo dõi, thu thập dữ liệu và báo cáo mức độ thực hiện dịch vụ cho khách hàng và của các nhà thầu phụ về hiệu quả của các dịch vụ cung cấp cho Rhenus.

- Liên hệ với nhà phân phối, đối tác để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trước và sau khi hoàn tất quá trình giao hàng điện thoại hoặc qua e-mail

- Thiết lập và theo dõi lợi nhuận của dự án, đồng thời thực hiện quy trình đối chiếu và thanh toán với khách hàng và nhà thầu phụ.

- Hướng dẫn và theo dõi các công việc đã phân bổ cho nhân viên để nhân viên hoàn thành công việc

- Thường xuyên mở cuộc họp với nhà thầu phụ và các thành viên trong nhóm để truyền đạt thông tin để cải tiến

- Tổ chức tập huấn và hướng dẫn Nhà Thầu Phụ để đáp ứng các yêu cầu của Khách hàng và Rhenus

- Các công việc khác được yêu cầu bởi cấp trên.

- Responsible for domestic transportation activities according to customer requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand to customers' business needs and advise appropriate solutions.

- Ensure Rhenus's service always meets customer requirements.

- Monitor, collect data and report service implementation to customers and subcontractors about the effectiveness of services provided to Rhenus.

- Contact the distributor, partner to solve problems before and after completing the phone delivery process or via e-mail

- Establish and monitor the project's profits, and implement the reconciliation process and payment with customers and subcontractors.

- Guide and monitor the jobs allocated to employees for employees to complete the job

- Regularly open meetings with subcontractors and team members to communicate information for improvement

- Organize training and guide Subcontractors to meet the requirements of customers and Rhenus

- Other jobs required by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Có năng lực và kinh nghiệm về điều độ xe, lập kế hoạch, tính toán

- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt

- Có kỹ năng quản lý, đào tạo nhân viên

- Trung thực, hòa đồng, cần thận, có khả năng làm việc độc lập

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng

- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong môi trường 3PL

- Biết sử dụng phần mêm máy tính: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Biết Tiếng Anh là một lợi thế

- Have capable and experienced in vehicle dispatching, planning and calculation

- Have good communication skills

- Skilled in managing and training employees

- Honest, sociable, careful, able to work independently

- Graduated from University/College - 3 years of experience in a 3PL environment

- Good in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Good in English is an advantage
