Lotusrice is a trusted Vietnamese rice brand specializing in exporting mid-to-premium quality Vietnamese rice to more than 55 countries, including Asia, Oceania, Africa, Amecia, Middle East, and Europe.

Our key product lines include fragrant rice, organic rice, nutrient-enriched rice, and regional specialty varieties — all carefully selected to showcase the richness of Vietnam’s agricultural heritage.

All products are strictly controlled from farm to factory, complying with globally recognized standards such as HACCP, ISO, BRC, Halal, and Kosher. Our vision is to make Vietnamese rice a top global choice for discerning consumers, distributors, and food brands around the world.

We are seeking a Senior International Sales Specialist with solid experience in international sales and export operations, preferably in rice or agricultural commodities or FMCG. This role requires strong ownership of the full international sales cycle, from market development and contract negotiation to order execution and payment collection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. International Market & Customer Development

- Develop and expand international markets and customers in assigned regions.

- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitors, and regional insights to inform sales strategies.

- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.

- Conduct market research on demand trends, pricing, and competitors.

- Represent Lotusrice at international trade fairs and exhibitions, actively expanding the company’s global network and client base

2. Sales Execution & Contract Negotiation

- Lead quotation, negotiation, and signing of export contracts with overseas Customers.

- Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, product specifications, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Take full ownership of assigned sales targets and gross margin performance.

3. Order Management & Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, QA/QC, Logistics, and Finance to ensure that all orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

- Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery milestones.

- Proactively manage risks related to quality, delivery delays, or contractual deviations.

4. Key Account Management & Customer Retention

- Maintain long-term relationships with key international customers.

- Handle customer feedback, claims, and disputes professionally.

- Drive repeat orders and long-term cooperation.

5. Accounts Receivable & Reporting

- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection in line with contract terms.

- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-up.

- Prepare regular sales pipeline, forecast, and performance reports.

2.      Skills (Professional & Technical Skills)

-        Strong international sales and negotiation skills.

-        Contract management, order execution, and dispute handling skills.

-        Fluent English proficiency for business communication, negotiation, and email correspondence.

-        Proficient in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) for sales orders, contracts, and reporting.

-        Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

3.      Knowledge (Professional Knowledge)

-        Solid knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and export documentation.

-        Understanding of international payment methods (T/T, L/C).

-        Knowledge of global rice or agricultural commodity or FMCG markets and supply chains.

-        Awareness of trade compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.

4.      Experience (Professional Experience)

-        Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales or export business.

-        Proven track record of working with overseas customers and closing export contracts.

-        Experience in rice, agricultural commodities, or FMCG exports is strongly preferred.
