Mô tả Công việc

A.    Human Resource:

·       Follow up and manage HR operations (including attendance, payroll, social insurance, performance, etc.), ensuring all activities are accurate and in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and customer codes of conduct.

·       Oversee all activities and procedures related to the employee lifecycle, such as probation, labor contracts, insurance, promotions, and termination.

·       Respond to employees’ concerns related to C&B policies and practices.

·       Be in charge of recruitment based on departmental needs (for both officers and operators).

·       Manage employee relations, ensuring all employees comply with company rules and handling labor discipline matters.

·       Prepare and follow up on the annual training plan.

·       Conduct orientation training for new joiners.

·       Prepare monthly reports for the Senior HR Manager and Group HR.

·       Participate in and support all customer audits.

·       Prepare periodic labor reports to be submitted to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

·       Act as the contact point with Global HR for required reports and information.

·       Assist the Senior HR Manager with ad hoc tasks.

B.    Administration & Employee Engagement:

·       Manage and process legal documents for expatriates, such as work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards; also provide support with accommodation (hotels, apartments) and travel arrangements.

·       Manage and oversee security, catering, and cleaning services.

·       Be in charge of organizing company workshops and activities (e.g., charity, ESG, wellness programs).

·       Control and manage administrative expenses, such as transportation and office supplies (stationery).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Graduated university in administrative, human resources or other related fields.

·        Have  minimum 8 years experience  in HR  and  Adm and at least 3 years working experience at the same position 

·       Familiar with Vietnam Labour Law

·       Detail-oriented, able to work independently and with good time management and communication skills

·       Good command of English.
