Mô tả Công việc

General Job Description**

Control and handle local customs and logistics activities for import/export in Vexos Vietnam

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Customs declaration & Clearance**

- Review and validate import/export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists…).

- Handle import and export declarations using VNACCS for raw materials, machinery & equipment, tooling, spare parts and finished goods in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policy.

- Liaise with customs authorities, forwarder to resolve any issues arising during clearance process, attend customs inspections or deal with customs queries when necessary.

Follow up shipments, coordinate with logistics partners for on time delivery

2. Documentation & Recordkeeping**

- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and maintain compliance with customs audit requirements for EPEs and company policy.

3. Risk & Compliance Management**

- Work closely with other departments to align customs procedures with operations

- Keep update to changes in Vietnamese customs laws, tariffs, and import-export policies.

- Report/Follow up and address compliance risks or discrepancies

- Support audits conducted by customs or other authorities.

4.  Others**

- Other task assigned by leader/manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills and Experience

· 3+ years of relevant experience of import-export in manufacturing/EPE company Experience in electronics company is a plus

· Strong knowledge of Vietnamese customs regulations and EPE procedures

· Experience with annual customs finalization reports/scrap procedures is a plus

· Proficiency with VNACCS system and Microsoft Office, ERP system.

· Fluent in English.

Qualification Requirements

-  Universities or colleges majoring in foreign trade or logistics.

Working Conditions

- 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

- Laptop, Email, Worktable

- Report to: Import-Export team leader

- Salary : NEGO

- Local

The Vietnam facility increases Vexos global footprint to five manufacturing locations and will meet our growing demand to support existing and new customers. The Vietnam facility will complement Vexos’ existing facilities in the US, Canada and China
