General Job Description**

MRO Buyer is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies or equipment for Vexos Vietnam. This position’s duties include negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Responsible mainly for Place order to supplier base on PR, Follow the schedule in order to meet production need and supplier OTD management
- Local supplier development for the package material, hardware, and MRO
- Provide inputs for supplier selection and achieve consensus with Engineer and SQE to ensure supplier selection is as per SBM commodity strategy
- Select & purchase 1. Packaging (carton box, EPE tray, ESD tray); 2.Pig/fixture; 3. Plastics; 4. Metals, etc
- Conduct benchmarking and strategic sourcing activities for supplier base optimization. Participate in localization projects to deliver cost reductions, reduced lead time, and improved communications, responsiveness, and technical support from supplier base

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills and Experience

3-5 years proven MRO purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing industry
Able to work both independently and with team colleagues fulfilling assignments/tasks effectively
Good communication
Project management skills and cross-functional team player.
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
Fluent in Mandarin
Knowledge of ERP and Quote software are preferred
Worked in Electric Manufactory Service is a plus

Working Conditions

- 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

- Laptop, Email, Worktable

- Report to: Purchasing Director or other position as delegation
