Mô tả Công việc

Support users in extracting and managing data using SQL, Excel, and Access
Investigate and resolve system-related issues
Collaborate with internal departments to improve and enhance software functionality
Support reporting, data analysis, and internal data processing requests
Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency
Integrate Power Automate with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SQL, and other systems
Prepare technical documentation and reports as required
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Basic knowledge of SQL and database management
Experience with Power Apps / Power Automate
At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
Knowledge of Python, VBA, or Tableau is an advantage
Good analytical skills and strong teamwork ability
Basic communication skills in English or Japanese
