Mô tả Công việc

Project Execution
- Implement and supervise field force projects at the market level in accordance with approved plans and timelines.
- Ensure field execution activities are carried out in compliance with project standards, guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress and resolve operational issues during project implementation.
Field Staff Management
- Manage, assign, and monitor the performance of field staff (PG, Auditor, Field Staff, Supervisors, etc.).
- Provide on-site guidance, training, and daily supervision to ensure execution quality.
- Evaluate staff performance and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and control field execution data.
- Use Excel to track project progress, execution quality, and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit project reports to management and/or clients as required.
Client & Internal Coordination
- Act as the key contact point for assigned projects.
- Coordinate closely with Operations/ Project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or field marketing in FMCG or related sectors.
Experience in POSM implementation, audit projects, or field force operations.
Experience in field staff management is highly preferred.
Strong background in field force, retail execution, or merchandising solutions.
Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Good organizational, problem-solving, and field supervision skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to project-based environments.
