Mô tả Công việc

  1. Project Execution
    • Implement and supervise field force projects at the market level in accordance with approved plans and timelines.
    • Ensure field execution activities are carried out in compliance with project standards, guidelines, and quality requirements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress and resolve operational issues during project implementation.
  2. Field Staff Management
    • Manage, assign, and monitor the performance of field staff (PG, Auditor, Field Staff, Supervisors, etc.).
    • Provide on-site guidance, training, and daily supervision to ensure execution quality.
    • Evaluate staff performance and recommend adjustments when necessary.
  3. Data Management & Reporting
    • Collect, consolidate, and control field execution data.
    • Use Excel to track project progress, execution quality, and KPIs.
    • Prepare and submit project reports to management and/or clients as required.
  4. Client & Internal Coordination
    • Act as the key contact point for assigned projects.
    • Coordinate closely with Operations/ Project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or field marketing in FMCG or related sectors.
  • Experience in POSM implementation, audit projects, or field force operations.
  • Experience in field staff management is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in field force, retail execution, or merchandising solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and field supervision skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to project-based environments.
