Mô tả Công việc

Evergreen Line operate a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.7 million TEU and maintain services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.

As the agent for Evergreen Line at VietNam, we are now seeking 1 responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Container Equipment Control member to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh Office with main job functions as:

- Receive EIR (Equipment interchange receipt) and check container status: Checking if any damage notes on EIR and relating charge if any

- Pass amount of repair charge / cleaning fee (if any): Processing amount to be collected from Consignee

- Mark Y for container deposit refund: Checking refund data and mark Y to push data to Customer Service Dept., side for doing the next step for refund process.

- Check and update container status if vendors could not transfer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) data: Checking and updating movement for Customer Service Dept., do the needful to refund

- EIR email increment due to monitoring damage by customer more strictly, to collect full repair charge & protect Lines interest

- Checking EIRs online via emails and send photos/cost to customer for their reference and instruct us how to get refund.

Candidate should be good at English, has the knowlege on container shipping industry. Friendly-professional attitude and teamwork is essential to success in this role.

Education & Background

Bachelor's degree from a college or university
Preferred majors: Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional and friendly communication style
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions

Additional Criteria

Age: 28 or younger
