Mô tả Công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Manufacturing Department in data management, production coordination, documentation control, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient operations, accurate reporting, and compliance.

· Coordination & Admin Support:

Coordinate cross-functional activities and track progress.
Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Director, including managing meeting minutes, preparing reports, handling documentation, performing data entry, and facilitating internal and external communications.

· Data Management & Reporting:

Support the monitoring of key production KPIs, assisting in data collection and preliminary analysis
Collect and consolidate production data (SMT/Assembly/Injection) for monthly reports
Consolidate reports and prepare data analysis, charts, and presentations for internal meetings and management review, aiding in informed decision-making
Ensure accurate reporting and quality compliance across all manufacturing processes

· Documentation & Compliance:

Manage documentation control and compliance tracking, ensuring all manufacturing documents are maintained and updated.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, 6S principles, and company policies.

· Continuous Improvement & Other Duties:

Support continuous improvement activities by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of initiatives.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields

· Experience:

2–5 years in manufacturing/production
Experience in electronics / SMT / assembly / molding is a plus
ERP/ MES experience is an advantage
Experience in reporting, data handling, and KPI tracking

· Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
