Mô tả Công việc

1. Test System Fabrication: Responsible for the assembly, wiring, and completion of production Test Stations/Testers/ Thi công hệ thống kiểm thử: Đảm nhiệm việc lắp ráp, đấu nối và hoàn thiện các máy/trạm kiểm thử (Test Station) phục vụ sản xuất.

2. Quality & Schedule Assurance: Commit to delivering equipment on time with technical quality meeting project requirements. / Đảm bảo chất lượng & Tiến độ: Cam kết bàn giao thiết bị đúng thời hạn với chất lượng đạt chuẩn kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu của dự án.

3. Safety & Workplace Maintenance: Maintain strict safety standards and keep the work area clean and organized./ An toàn lao động: Duy trì nghiêm túc các tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động và giữ gìn vệ sinh khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp.

4. Drawing Analysis: Proficiently read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and detailed mechanical assembly drawings./ Phân tích bản vẽ: Đọc hiểu thành thạo sơ đồ đấu nối điện và các bản vẽ lắp ráp cơ khí chi tiết.

5. Wiring & Installation: Execute low-voltage wiring and control system installation for Functional Testers (FCT) of PCBA or end products./ Thi công đấu nối: Trực tiếp thực hiện đi dây tủ điện nhẹ và lắp đặt hệ thống điều khiển cho các loại máy test chức năng (FCT) bo mạch điện tử hoặc máy test chức năng sản phẩm cuối.

6. Mechanical Assembly: Install electrical/mechanical components; perform basic fabrication tasks such as drilling, cutting, and grinding for frame completion/ Lắp ráp cơ khí: Thực hiện lắp đặt linh kiện điện/cơ khí; xử lý các công đoạn gia công cơ khí cơ bản như khoan, cắt, mài để hoàn thiện khung vỏ và gá đặt.

7. Technical Workmanship: Ensure hand soldering, crimping, and wire routing achieve high precision and industrial aesthetic standards./ Thực hiện kỹ thuật tay nghề: Đảm bảo các thao tác hàn chì, bấm đầu cos và đi dây đạt độ chính xác cao và tính thẩm mỹ công nghiệp.

8. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to test, calibrate, and troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process./ Phối hợp kỹ thuật: Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ kỹ sư để kiểm tra, hiệu chỉnh và khắc phục các lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình thi công.

9. Reporting & Handover: Provide weekly progress reports and detailed handover of completed tasks./ Báo cáo & Bàn giao: Thực hiện báo cáo tiến độ công việc và bàn giao chi tiết các hạng mục đã hoàn thành định kỳ hàng tuần.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Background / Học vấn: Graduate from Technical school or College at least, majoring in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation./ Tối thiểu tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Điện, Điện tử, hoặc Tự động hóa.

2. Experience / Kinh nghiệm: At least 01 year of practical experience in low-voltage electrical cabinet wiring/ Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc thi công và đấu nối tủ điện nhẹ.

3. Technical Skills / Kỹ năng chuyên môn:

Proficient in using hand tools: drilling machines, cutting machines, crimping tools, and soldering irons / Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ cầm tay: Máy khoan, máy cắt, kìm bấm cos, mỏ hàn.
Ability to read and analyze control cabinet wiring diagrams/ Có khả năng đọc và phân tích thành thạo sơ đồ đấu dây tủ điện điều khiển.

4. Preferences (Plus) / Ưu tiên:

Vocational certificates related to electronic soldering or cabinet wiring/ Có chứng chỉ nghề liên quan đến hàn điện tử hoặc đấu nối tủ điện.

Basic mechanical design skills/ Có khả năng thiết kế cơ khí cơ bản.

Good English technical reading skills/ Kỹ năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh tốt.

5. Attitude / Thái độ:

Professional, neat, and organized working style./ Tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp, gọn gàng và ngăn nắp.
Detailed, careful, and focused on technical accuracy and aesthetics./ Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận, chú trọng đến sự chính xác và thẩm mỹ của sản phẩm.
High sense of responsibility and proactive in ensuring project schedules./ Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động sắp xếp công việc để đảm bảo tiến độ chung
