Mô tả Công việc

Thực hiện khảo sát thị trường và liên hệ các nhà cung cấp để lấy báo giá cho linh kiện/nguyên vật liệu mới.
- Search for and collect quotations from potential suppliers for new components/materials.
Thực hiện quy trình thiết lập và đăng ký thông tin đối tác mới lên hệ thống Quản lý quan hệ nhà cung cấp (SRM).
- Register and onboard new suppliers onto the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system.
Rà soát các bản vẽ hoặc yêu cầu thiết kế (Design Review) của model mới để đảm bảo tính khả thi về nguồn cung.
- Review Design Requests (DR) for new models to ensure procurement feasibility.
Tính toán và cập nhật giá thành dự kiến (Fixed Cost/Final Cost) cho các mặt hàng mới vào hệ thống.
- Quote and update Final Costs (FC) for new goods into the system.
Hoàn thiện các thủ tục phê duyệt để đăng ký mã nguyên vật liệu mới trên hệ thống quản lý.
- Obtain approvals for new material registration and part number creation.
Chuẩn bị đầy đủ chứng từ cần thiết cho việc thông quan hàng hóa nhập khẩu và thực hiện các thủ tục thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp.
- Complete documentation for customs clearance and facilitate payment processing.
Khởi tạo và gửi đơn đặt hàng cho nhà cung cấp dựa trên kế hoạch dự án.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers according to project timelines.
Giám sát chặt chẽ quá trình thử nghiệm và kiểm định chất lượng các mẫu hàng mới.
- Monitor the progress of sample evaluation and testing for new materials.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
Education: College degree or higher
Trình độ ngoại ngữ: TOEIC từ 550 điểm trở lên
English proficiency: TOEIC score of 550 or above
Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Kỹ năng vi tính: Thành thạo Microsoft Excel
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
