Mô tả Công việc

Review and evaluate supplier's mold design drawings to ensure feasibility, production efficiency and cost optimization.

Thẩm định và đánh giá bản vẽ thiết kế khuôn của nhà cung cấp, đảm bảo tính khả thi, hiệu quản sản xuất và tối ưu chi phí.

Propose design improvements to shorten cycle times, extend mold life, and reduce product defects

Đề xuất cải tiến thiết kế để rút ngắn chu kỳ, kéo dài tuổi thọ khuôn, giảm lỗi sản phẩm.

Evaluate supplier's mold manufacturing capabilities and make recommendations for improvement

Đánh giá năng lực chế tạo khuôn của nhà cung cấp, đưa ra khuyến nghị cải tiến.

Monitor mold testing results, troubleshoot, and ensure stable mold transfer into production.

Theo dõi kết quả thử khuôn, xử lý lỗi, đảm bảo chuyển giao khuôn vào sản xuất ổn định.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Only 1 interview round with hiring manager.
Graduated from intermediate level majoring in Mechanica Engineering, Mold Engineering or related fields.
Can communicate in english or japanese
Minimum 2 years experience in lastic mold engineering field.
Understand the process of mold manufacturing.
Have knowledge of mold cost structure, mold quotation analysis.
Read and understand 2D, 3D drawings.
Probation of 60 days.
