Mô tả Công việc

Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating the personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping at all the machines, working areas, factory premises.
Maintain quality service by enforcing departmental standards.
Monitor the day to day Production operation of the production facility and provide direction to the operators.
Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; proposing action within the department. Support manufacturing processes and provide process improvements to existing products.
Regularly check equipment to see it is in good working order.
Update all the data regarding production in the system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- Equipped with technical expertise in manufacturing/engineering, reliability engineering, and a thorough understanding of quality system management principles.

- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

- Familiar with ISO 9001, Customer service handling, and continuous improvement.

- Leadership skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.

- Capable of working in shifts
