1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage translation and localization projects. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience who are interested in localization industry, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and working in a dynamic international environment.
Project Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-en a language projects, including receiving requests from clients, coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and delivering the final product according to required quality standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Perform quality checks using CAT/QA tools and final review
Clarify project requirements with clients or internal team
Build and maintain vendor relationships
Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
Maintain project documentation
Follow company processes and standards

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Fresh graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience (referably majoring in Business, Languages, or related fields)
Experienced in service-related roles (e.g. customer service, language services) is preferred
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
Skilled in reading and written English communication for online interaction
Calm in problem-solving and analytical thinking
Discipline in meeting deadlines and client’s requirements
Familiar with CAT tools (e.g. Trados, MemoQ, XTM)
Proficient in English and computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets)
Knowledgeable in AI tools and their application in daily work
Proactive in contributing ideas to improve AI usage and workflows
Available to work in EU timezone (14:00 – 23:00 GMT+7 with a 2-hour break)
