1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Coordinator to support vendor management activities. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience who are interested in coordination, data management, and working in a dynamic environment.
Vendor Coordinator is responsible for supporting candidates in becoming official vendors of the company through specific processes and standards. The role also acts as a bridge between vendors and the Project team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

2. Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor emails and act as the main point of contact
Collect, verify, and maintain vendor information and documents
Screen CVs and support vendor onboarding/testing
Track vendor availability and performance monthly
Support VQA, evaluation meetings, and internal audits
Prepare weekly reports and monthly updates
Assist in newsletters and vendor communications

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Fresh graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience (referably majoring in Business, Languages, or related fields)
Skilled in English communication, especially reading and writing
Strong in organization and time management Detail-oriented in handling repetitive tasks
Familiar with MS Office and Google Sheets
Comfortable working with supervisors and teammates
Knowledgeable in AI tools and their application in daily work
Proactive in contributing ideas to improve AI usage and workflows
Available to work in EU timezone (14:00 – 23:00 GMT+7 with a 2-hour break)
