• Conduct competitive sourcing for assigned categories which is more related to indirect purchasing (MRO, Capex, IT, Safety, etc... activities) of General Purchase
• Be a solution provider to Plant team base on technical requirement.
• Strong negotiation skill with internal customer and external suppliers.
• Manage effectively end to end purchasing process of General Purchase in compliance with approved procedure
• Solve related complaints/issue with right manner
• Maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for more complex purchase order.
• Breakdown cost on quotation
• Limit sole source in category.
• Develop new vendors to reduce MRO purchasing cost
• Understand bidding process, Price comparison
• Ability to manage multiple categories in a fast-paced environment.
Supplier Management
• To develop & manage supplier pool of assigned categories
• Supplier performance management for preferred supplier’s yearly
• Understand master data
• Supplier Evaluate
• And Supplier preferred
• Follow production/construction schedule of suppliers to make sure the material/service will be finished on time as well as good quality.
Cost savings
• Obtain cost-saving as target in KPIs yearly
• Understand cost saving and cost reduction
• Understand cost breakdown
• Have negotiation skill to optimize the cost in every item assigned.
Compliance
• Understand and respect all safety requirements
• Understand and deploy ICRF as per Group and Companies requirements
• Complete all assigned trainings of Saint-Gobain Group Reports
• Complete assigned reports and send them on time
E-tools execution
• Deploy all requested e-tools of Saint-Gobain Group,
• Set up target and have monthly progress follow-up
• RFX, E-auction tender process application
• Procube/ R-Net/ Prosource
