Description

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI), a leading North American diversified industrial manufacturer, serves a variety of HVAC end markets through three business units: Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions, and Specialized Reliability Solutions. With a significant manufacturing presence in Vietnam at T.A Vietnam in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai, CSWI is a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq stock exchange with an approximate market capitalization of $6 billion
This position works closely with related departments such as Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Process Engineering

Responsibilities & Duties

Coordinated the implementation of compliance requirements to control IQC, IPQC, and FQC.
Checked and reported the status of quality-related items during the product development process.
Implemented the Quality Management Dashboard using Power BI.
Monitored several critical defects using control charts for preventive purposes (as part of QA).
Developed Work Instructions (WI) for production equipment and machinery.
Monitored and participated in SCAR and CAR evaluations.
Implemented Quality Improvement projects.
Performed other tasks flexibly as assigned during the internship.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

From 3rd year or graduates majoring should be in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical
GPA ≥ 2.8 (4.0 rating)
Medium written and verbal communication skills in English.
Eager to learn and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
