QMS/EMS Compliance Executive

Dunlopillo Vietnam is looking for an experienced professional in ISO, Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) to join our team and contribute to maintaining world-class standards in product quality and environmental sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QMS Compliance (ISO 9001)

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for quality compliance.
• Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on non-conformance (NC) closure.
• Improve product quality control processes to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and prepare Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Work closely with Production & Quality teams on Pre-Production Approval (PPA), including firmness rating, performance testing, durability, etc.

2. EMS Compliance (ISO 14001)

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report waste management, emissions, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
• Propose initiatives to reduce material waste and carbon footprint.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and implement sustainable improvements.
• Coordinate with Factory teams on proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

3. Audits, Inspections & Certifications

• Prepare for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification audits.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain all documentation required for compliance and certifications.
• Submit compliance reports to management and authorities as required.

4. Training & Continuous Improvement

• Train employees on QMS/EMS policies and best practices.
• Lead sustainability and quality awareness programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and environmental performance.
