Mô tả Công việc

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Quality Control Plan set up and implementation.

  • Process Risk Assessment for preventive resolution.

  • Provides quality engineering support for in-progress and final acceptance projects.

  • Develop and maintain processes and implement systems that ensure the products and processes fulfill quality standards, meet safety regulations, and satisfy client expectations.

  • Coordinates with internal and external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance with process requirements.

  • Coordinates with clients, customers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems / customer complaint

  • Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends or executes corrective actions.

  • Problem Solving for inline issue along with other Dept for resolution

  • Keep detailed records of product and equipment inspections, root cause analyses, corrective action plans and other reporting requirements.

  • Data Analysis in order to generate short term Follow up and Long Term Strategy for Quality Improvement

  • Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal ISO standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required (Manufacturing / Mechanical, Industrial System Engineer is preferred) 

  • 02 years of related experience required 

  • Similar work environment in a Manufacturing Industry is a must. 

  • Having experience in applying Quality Tools, SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving skills. 

  • Experience in ISO Standard and processes. 

  • Intermediate written and communication in English. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organizations production processes. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

  • Being able to perform calculations quickly, with or without the assistance of computational software. 

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese is an added advantage (Appliable to foreign countries candidates) 

WORKING TIME:

Mondays - Fridays: 7H45 - 17H30

Shuttle bus is provided
