TITLE: Quality Engineer/ Kỹ sư Chất lượng

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- This is a technical position responsible for supporing product quality assurance functions. Key job functions include new product quality system & tool development, achievement of customer PPAP approval, providing world class support of product quality at external customers, providing support to internal production operations, administration of internal quality systems, and performing root cause problem solving activities in support of quality defect elimination.
Đây là vị trí kỹ thuật chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ các hoạt động đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm. Các nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm phát triển hệ thống và công cụ chất lượng cho sản phẩm mới, đạt được phê duyệt PPAP từ khách hàng, cung cấp hỗ trợ chất lượng sản phẩm đẳng cấp cao cho khách hàng bên ngoài, hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất nội bộ, quản lý hệ thống chất lượng nội bộ, và thực hiện các hoạt động phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ nhằm loại bỏ các lỗi chất lượng.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the recording and monitoring of the material inspections (receiving, process, final).
Điều phối việc ghi nhận và giám sát kiểm tra vật liệu (tiếp nhận, xử lý, hoàn thành).
- Participates in the internal audits program (to systems, products and process).
Tham gia chương trình đánh giá nội bộ ( đối với hệ thống, sản phẩm và qui trình).
- Supports and maintains the quality system as defined in the plant procedures and instructions.
Hỗ trợ và duy trì hệ thống chất lượng theo các qui trình và hướng dẫn của nhà máy.
- Explains the reports in Staff and supervisor’s meetings.
Giải·thích các báo cáo trong Staff meeting và cuộc họp của Giám sát.
- Verifies and follows-up on the quality standards of new and current products.
Xác minh và theo dõi các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của các sản phẩm mới và hiện tại.
- Supports the problem-solving process and develops preventive and corrective measures that insure quality.
Hỗ trợ quá trình giải quyết vấn đề và phát triển các biện pháp phòng ngừa và khắc phục để đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Provides support and supervision to technicians and/or auditors as needed.
Cung cấp sự hỗ trợ và giám sát cho các kỹ thuật viên và/hoặc auditor khi cần.
- Follows-up on client complaints regarding quality problems including actions and results, visiting clients in China and the United States.

- Represents the plant, as corporate level, with clients, suppliers, as needed.

- Prepares and presents product submission to clients.
Chuẩn bị và trình bày sản phẩm gửi cho khách hàng.
- Evaluates product submissions from salesmen or suppliers for Summit Componentes and clients.
Đánh giá các đệ trình sản phẩm từ nhân viên bán hàng hoặc nhà cung cấp cho Summit Componentes và khách hàng.
- Evaluates New Product and Production Product color.
Đánh giá màu sản phẩm mới và sản phẩm sản xuất.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction goals.

- Availability to travel to the United States to provide support to clients or headquarters.

- AQP support, participation and development.
Hỗ trợ tham gia và phát triển AQP.
- Follows-up on non-compliances reported to our suppliers and their corrective actions.
Theo dõi các trường hợp không tuân thủ được báo cáo cho các nhà cung cấp và hành động khắc phục của họ.
- Audits and monitors the follow-up of the different existing Production controls (P. Control, Set up, etc.).
