Quantity Surveyors (MEP, C&S)

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Economic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• QS Cost Engineering Certificate preferred.

Knowledge:

• Good working knowledge of MS Office software and design software.
• Good working knowledge of Cubicost preferred.

Experience:

• Junior Quantity Surveyor: 0-3 years of experience.
• Quantity Surveyor: 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Skills/competencies & preferred characteristics:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) preferred
• Accurate and detailed working ethic
• Good communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• Confident and outgoing personality, with a pro-active approach to work
• Honest, Responsible and Decisive
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and management
• Be comfortable in a team environment, and be flexible with work assignments
