Mô tả Công việc

I/ Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory planning and control for raw materials supplied by SMK, including MoO₃ and MoS₂, covering receipt schedules, stock levels, and consumption trends.
Coordinate inbound schedules of imported raw materials and ensure timely supply to the Production team based on production plans and BOM requirements.
Control and monitor warehouse inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished products (FeMo), including stock accuracy, location management, and aging control.
Manage the receipt, storage, and release of FeMo products from the warehouse and coordinate export schedules to final customers.
Record and verify stock movements, warehouse transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system, ensuring consistency between physical inventory and system data.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and support cycle counts and year-end inventory closing activities.
Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Management, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and prevent production interruptions.
Monitor inventory risks such as overstock, shortage, slow-moving stock, and discrepancies, and report issues with improvement proposals.
Supervise and coordinate forklift operators and internal logistics personnel related to inventory handling under the SCM sub-organization.
Support continuous improvement activities related to inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and material traceability.

II/ Job Requirements:

1. Education:

University degree in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or other related fields.

2. Skills:

Proficient English in communication and reporting.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.
