Strategic Leadership in KOL/Livestream Operations: Develop, lead, and execute high-level influencer marketing and livestreaming strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
Network Utilization: Leverage a wide network of Celebrities, KOLs, and KOCs to drive partnerships, influencer-led campaigns, and successful livestream events across digital platforms.
Affiliate Network Mastery: Expertise in managing and optimizing affiliate networks, identifying key influencers, and establishing strong collaborative partnerships to enhance campaign performance in the Vietnamese market.
Corporate Process Management: Navigate corporate policies, processes, and extensive documentation effectively, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while adhering to company procedures. Demonstrate patience and resilience with corporate structures and timelines.
Consumer Finance Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of financial products, consumer finance trends, and competitor insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance campaign relevance. Stay ahead of market developments, anticipating shifts and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to align influencer strategies with key business priorities, ensuring integrated and high-impact campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead the analysis of campaign performance, deriving actionable insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous optimization of campaigns for greater impact and ROI.
Mentorship & Team Development: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on continuous growth and learning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL/Livestream operations, or digital marketing in a senior leadership role.
Network: An extensive network of Celebrities, KOLs, KOCs, and affiliate partners across Vietnam, with a proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and livestream campaigns.
Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of consumer finance products, trends, and competitive landscape. Strong knowledge of the financial services sector is a must.
Corporate Acumen: Experience working within large corporations, with the ability to navigate complex internal processes, policies, and documentation effectively. Comfort with corporate bureaucracy and long-term project execution.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform decisions.
Personality: Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with a long-term, patient approach to managing corporate processes and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
Industry Network: Deep connections in the consumer finance industry, influencer marketing, and affiliate networks within Vietnam.
