Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver exceptional hiring experiences. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, including advanced candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding for both permanent and contingent workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent across multiple channels.
Collaborate on designing and implementing strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals.
Enhance employer branding and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to strengthen talent pipelines.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to improve engagement and retention.
Optimize onboarding processes for a seamless new hire experience.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education Bachelor’s degree required un any majors.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition within a mid-sized organization, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Proven success in high-volume recruitment for direct labor and contingent workforce.
Experience in workforce planning is a strong advantage.

Abilities:

Advanced candidate sourcing techniques and expertise in global pre-onboarding processes.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and ability to leverage insights for recruitment optimization.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

Flexible Working Hours: Standard 40-hour workweek with flexible arrangements to support work-life balance and productivity.
Flexible Working Location: Employees are entitled to 6–12 flexible working days per calendar year, depending on the position.
Free Shuttle Service: Staff transportation from Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City to our offices in Nhon Trach and VSIP1.
Competitive Compensation Package: Competitive salary with annual reviews, plus allowances for accommodation, transportation, parking.
Attractive Annual Bonus: From 1.96 to 4.00 months of salary, including the 13th-month bonus (effective for new offers from July 2025).
