Throughout the program, you’ll follow a structured development path that prepares you for your future role at Sika, with two exciting career tracks:
- Sales Engineer: As a Sales Engineer, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial skills to promote Sika’s innovative construction solutions, build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical support to ensure products are applied correctly and deliver maximum value.This role is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and driving business growth.
- Specification Engineer: As a Specification Engineer, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping project designs by influencing architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate Sika products into their specifications, delivering technical expertise and guidance on product performance and application and ensuring Sika solutions are embedded at the earliest stages of project planning.This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, technically strong, and passionate about influencing the future of construction.
