Job Brief: 

We are looking for a Social Account Associate to join our growing Social Commerce team — someone with strong planning and data reporting skills, excellent communication, and a sharp eye for numbers and performance metrics. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver impactful social commerce plans for brands, while monitoring the quality, effectiveness, and progress of key deliverables across functions. 

You will play a critical role in ensuring internal execution aligns with project objectives, timelines, and performance targets, as well as in budget allocation, performance monitoring, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Client & Project Management 

  • Own end-to-end project management from planning, execution to performance evaluation.  

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and professional day-to-day communication.  

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with accuracy and efficiency.  

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively offering strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives and market trends.  

2. Social Commerce Management 

  • Develop and implement innovative social commerce plans, especially on TikTok and emerging platforms.  

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Affiliate, Social Content, Creative, and Production) to ensure cohesive and high-impact campaign execution.  

  • Ensure all activities align with brand positioning, business goals, and platform best practices.  

3. Budget & Performance Management 

  • Manage and allocate budgets across social commerce activities (e.g., affiliate, content production) to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.  

  • Monitor campaign and project performance through dashboards and data reports.  

  • Lead performance reporting and planning cycles by translating data into structured insights and clear action plans to continuously optimize results.  

  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis, and recommend improvements. 

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally within an MCN, e-commerce, or marketing agency environment.  

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, social commerce trends, and the digital media landscape.  

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and influence clients.  

  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities — highly comfortable working with data, building reports, and translating performance metrics into strategic recommendations and optimization plans.  

  • Highly collaborative with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.  

  • A good sense of creativity and content direction is a plus, especially in social commerce environments.
