Mô tả Công việc

• Analyze projects, provide design direction, and directly participate in assigned design tasks.

• Ensure project quality and progress meet the Investor’s requirements.

• Manage the design team including recruitment, team building, performance evaluation, and training.

• Strong project management skills with effective resource allocation.

• Collaborate and support the business development team in bidding and design contract signing.

• Work in teams and participate in meetings with related disciplines, partners, etc.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

• Phân tích dự án, đưa ra định hướng thiết kế, trực tiếp tham gia thiết kế các dự án được giao.

• Đảm bảo được chất lượng và tiến độ của dự án theo yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư

• Quản lý đội ngũ thiết kế bao gồm việc tuyển dụng, xây dựng nhóm, đánh giá và đào tạo nhân sự.

• Có kỹ năng quản lý dự án, phân bổ nguồn lực nhân sự hiệu quả.

• Kết hợp, hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh trong việc chào thầu, ký kết Hợp đồng thiết kế.

• Làm việc nhóm, tham gia họp với các bộ môn liên kết, đối tác,…

• Thời gian làm việc: từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần (thứ 7- CN nghỉ)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the industry.

• Strong leadership and strategic design thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of AI is a plus.

• Solid understanding of current design standards and regulations.

• Specialized in architectural concept design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, etc.

• Trình độ: tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan

• Tối thiểu 8–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành

• Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm & tư duy chiến lược thiết kế mạnh

• Giao tiếp tốt, trình bày thuyết phục

• Tiếng anh thành thạo, hiểu biết về AI là một lợi thế.

• Nắm vững các tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn về thiết kế hiện hành.

• Chuyên về thiết kế ý tưởng kiến trúc

• Có kỹ năng sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD, Powerpoint, Indesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion,...
