Coordinate with headquarters to obtain import vessel schedules -Liên hệ với trụ sở chính để cập nhật lịch tàu nhập khẩu
Check import documents and handle product quality registration -Kiểm tra chứng từ nhập khẩu, thực hiện đăng ký và theo dõi hồ sơ chất lượng hàng hóa
Work with shipping lines and freight forwarders to receive EDO and complete customs clearance -Làm việc với hãng tàu và đơn vị giao nhận để nhận lệnh giao hàng (EDO) và thực hiện thủ tục thông quan
Prepare and maintain customs documents for tax audit purposes -Chuẩn bị và lưu trữ hồ sơ hải quan phục vụ kiểm tra thuế
Coordinate with freight forwarders on transportation, warehousing, insurance, and related services -Phối hợp với đơn vị giao nhận về vận chuyển, kho bãi, bảo hiểm và các thủ tục liên quan
Arrange transportation and monitor deliveries to customers -Phối hợp với đơn vị giao nhận về vận chuyển, kho bãi, bảo hiểm và các thủ tục liên quan
Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including periodic stock counts -Sắp xếp phương tiện vận chuyển và theo dõi quá trình giao hàng cho khách
Track and update monthly logistics costs -Quản lý tồn kho và hoạt động kho, kiểm kê định kỳ
Provide weekly inventory reports or reports as required -Theo dõi và cập nhật chi phí logistics hàng tháng
Process payments for logistics-related expenses to suppliers and service providers (customs, transport, warehouse, etc.) -Lập báo cáo tồn kho theo tuần hoặc khi cần

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s or College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Import–Export, or related fields - Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc các ngành liên quan
Good command of English, both written and spoken -Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
At least 3 years of experience in logistics or import–export -Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực logistics hoặc xuất nhập khẩu
Good knowledge of import–export processes and logistics operations -Am hiểu quy trình xuất nhập khẩu và hoạt động logistics
Familiar with shipping routes, customs procedures, and domestic delivery -Nắm rõ thủ tục hải quan, vận chuyển và giao hàng nội địa
Proficient in Microsoft Office -Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and multitasking skills with a results-oriented mindset -Có tư duy phân tích, khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
Good communication skills and a responsible working attitude -Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
Able to start work immediately -Có thể đi làm ngay là một lợi thế.
