Mô tả Công việc

Technical Support:

- Build & Provide Technical Support Services to Customer Effectively & Efficiency (Internal & External), following to Agreed Technical Service List for each target polar (Project sales & Distribution sales), which is incl.: Detail drawings, shop-drawing; technical consultation (structural; acoustic, fire, thermal, wet & mold, plaster, water proofing, tile adhesive, tile fixing,…); physical meeting – seminar…

- Collabrate with specification sales/solution sales in concept design stage/ detail design stage, provide technical services: Technical consultation, detail drawings, simulation, structure calculation, specification documents,… support effective sales for Iconic projects, Mega projects,…

- Manage the technical documents in Technical folder & Showpad. Collabrate with QC of operation to update new technical documents each year.

Technical Development:

- Study relevant design standards, both local and international standard for targetted sector, focus on: Fire / Thermal / Acoustic / Impact Resistance / Structure / Wet & Mold…

- Support to develop new system/application or renovate current systems/applications to quickly meet current requirements from the market / customers, including clear performance figures / installation method / drawings / details & test report.

- Support to build TIC tool (Ceiling, drywall, plaster, Climaver duct, construction chemical…), BIM (the families on Revit).

- Product and system testing, evaluation & benchmarking with competitors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.Education:

- Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer (preferable with additional commercial degree or experience)

- Professional Construction / Technical Qualifications

2. Experience:

- 2-3 years Technical experience in construction materials

- Good understanding of Construction phases and Participants of each stage.

- Good knowledge of construction products and building systems

- Construction market experience: Design standard, building regulation

3. Communication & Presentation skills:

- Good listerning Good presentation

- Effective communication in both ways

4. Computer Microsoft office skills:

- Strong computer skills with advanced software aptitude.

5. Other Accountability:

- Relationship Management

- Technical Expertise (system performance & practical application/installation) Technical functional Analysis

- Major Project and Customer Support Collaborative Team Working

- Planning / Administration / Reporting

6. Language skills:

- Good in English (written and oral)
