Mô tả Công việc

Trách nhiệm chính:

Quản lý nhóm và báo cáo định kỳ về các nhiệm vụ được giao.
Lập sổ sách kế toán, Báo cáo tài chính và báo cáo thuế theo phạm vi hợp đồng.
Rà soát phạm vi công việc và phân công nhiệm vụ cho các thành viên trong đội kế toán.
Giao tiếp và báo cáo với khách hàng.
Xác định và tổng hợp các vấn đề tồn đọng; báo cáo lên Quản lý hoặc Trưởng bộ phận.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team and periodically report on assigned tasks;
Prepare accounting books and Financial Statements, Tax reports in accordance with contract scope;
Review scope of works and assign accounting team members;
Communicate and report to clients;
Identify and summarize outstanding issues; report to Manager or Head of department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Kỹ năng & Yêu cầu

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán hoặc Tài chính.
Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán và kiểm toán.
Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.
Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế.
Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán: Misa, Fast, Smartpro…
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm kế toán tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor of accounting, auditing, and finance;
At least 2 years of working experience in field of accounting and auditing;
At least 1 year of working experience in similar position;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work under high pressure;
Good teamwork skills;
Good command of English preferred;
Expert in accounting software: Misa, Fast, Smartpro, etc;
Candidates with accounting experience in a manufacturing company are preferred.

Mức lương từ 15.000.000 – 30.000.000 VND và thưởng theo hiệu suất (chia sẻ doanh thu).

Salary range: 15,000,000 VND - 30,000,000 VND and performance bonus (revenues-share);
