Mainly take care of the existing clients.
Conduct regular visit to clients' field
Collect information on sample, exchange technical information at the farms
New business development as well
Manage a part of the sales staffs

* Frequent business trips to Ho Chi Minh, especially for those based in Hanoi
* The clients are 100% Vietnam local companies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required Skills:

Sales experience in a relevant industry (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural machinery, or food processing)
At least basic understanding of agricultural cultivation practices
English proficiency for internal communication

Preferred Skills:

Especially experience in the seed, fertilizer, or pesticide industry
Degree in agriculture or a related field
Sales management experience at a Japanese or other foreign company
