Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Monthly Salary: 12,000,000～15,000,000VND

<Job Purpose>
The purpose of this position is:
- To assist the MEP team in issuing drawings for tender and Construction
- To be in charge of drawing with the MEP team and cooperate with internal relevant Departments to process the necessary documents for Projects.

<Job Responsibilities>
1) Specialize in drafting mechanical and electrical design drawings, including schematic, layouts for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, based on specifications and guidance from engineers.
2) Perform basic calculations to support drafting accuracy, while ensuring all technical validations and assurances are handled by supervising engineers.
3) Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction, incorporating on-site changes as directed.
4) Utilize AutoCAD proficiently for 2D/3D drafting, with a strong aesthetic sense to create clean, professional, and visually appealing presentations.
5) Utilize Revit to collaborate seamlessly with architecture and structural teams.
6) Act as BIM Coordinator, overseeing model updates, performing clash detection, and coordinating with construction teams to resolve issues in real-time.
7) Assist in reviewing and revising drawings based on the engineer's feedback, adhering to strict deadlines.
8) Participate in team meetings to optimize designs and address technical issues under the engineer's supervision.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
1) At least 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably with shop drawings and BIM projects.
2) Expert in AutoCAD (2D/3D), proficient in Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software.
・Abilities/Skills Requirements:
1/ Good attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense for creating clean, professional, and visually appealing drawings.
2/ Strong teamwork and communication skills (English and Vietnamese), ability to work under pressure.
3/Preferred: experience with industrial factory projects, fast-track projects, and experience with Japanese client projects or subcontractors.
