Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Sai Gon Ward,HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 22,000,000~25,000,000VND

<Job Responsibilities>
・Monthly Responsibilities:

- Control accounts payable to suppliers and accounts receivable from customers.
- Prepare monthly tax documents, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT), as well as other relevant tax reports as required by law.
- Review inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and submit them to the Admin General Manager on time.
- Review management reports submitted to the parent company.
- Monitor and manage purchase and sales contracts from customers and suppliers.
・Quarterly Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and management reports as required by the Board of Management.
・Year-End Responsibilities:
- Conduct year-end inventory checks and reconcile accounting documents and invoices; record all unpaid VAT invoices in the invoicing year and avoid carrying them over to the following year, as this may affect corporate income tax (CIT) obligations.
- Reconcile cash ledgers with actual cash; conduct inventory checks of inventory and fixed assets; reconcile balances with suppliers and customers; and reconcile detailed ledgers with summary ledgers.
- Prepare annual financial statements, including: Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement (direct or indirect method), Notes to Financial Statements, and Trial Balance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N2) or English - Intermediate level or higher
・Experience:

  • General accounting/finance (Vietnamese accounting / IFRS accounting)
  • Accounting and finance experience in the manufacturing industry and accounting firms
  • Understanding of basic and advanced VAS & IFRS accounting principles

・Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and time management skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in the chemical and construction contractor sector for liquid products (costs/inventory) is highly valued
・Ability to work with FAST accounting systems is an advantage
