- Work Location: District 02, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000～40,000,000VND Gross

<Position Objective/Expectation>
To strengthen the marketing function for a newly established department handling new IPs.
To be responsible for marketing strategy design and execution for products using Japanese IP.
To support and improve marketing and branding activities for overseas markets, especially in Vietnam.
To go beyond existing methods and design market-driven, strategic marketing approaches.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct market research in the consumer goods and toy markets, including competitor and price analysis.
- Develop marketing and branding strategies based on IP characteristics.
- Design and execute sales promotion and awareness-building initiatives for distributors and retailers.
- Prepare proposal and presentation materials for agents and retail partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and propose improvements.
- Work closely with internal sales and planning teams.
- Gradually expand responsibilities while learning about the IP business and industry-specific practices after joining.

- You'll be deeply involved in strategic design in the distinct market domain of Japanese IP and consumer goods.
- As this is the launch phase of a new department, you'll gain experience shaping marketing concepts and approaches.
- This is an environment where you can utilize your practical experience in B2B marketing, including agency and retail

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level (for meetings, presentations, and document preparation)
・Experience:
・Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm marketing nhắm tới đại lý/nhà phân phối trong lĩnh vực đồ chơi hoặc hàng tiêu dùng.
・Có khả năng xây dựng chiến lược marketing dựa trên dữ liệu thị trường và phân tích.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience handling toys or character-related products
・Experience in Internal marketing
・Experience in sales or sales planning roles
・Experience working with IP-related or licensing businesses
・Experience collaborating with retail companies
