Position: After Sales Support cum Sales Staff - Trading
Job Code: 127354
- Working location: Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～24,000,000VND
Responsibility
You will belong to Materials Solution Department.
- Responsible to execute commercial contracts from offering to delivery to manufacturers & customers.
- Reports opportunities and issues, risk identified through tasks to a team leader and department managers.
- Assist sales team members to follow and check documents such as contracts, purchase orders, quotations, shipping documents.
- Cooperatively working with team members to ensure smoothly all procedures in sale and buy activities (properly plan shipments, etc…)
- Process and analyze statistical data of chemical products to collate key themes and trends, to make full market reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

<Essential requirements>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: Under 28 years old
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience:
- Have 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, after-sales, or sales marketing positions in industrial sectors industry
- Good MS office skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Japanese skill.
・Have experience working with Japanese people.

<Personalities>
・Careful character.
・Patient, honest, pressure bearable.
・Having business mind and understanding international trading
・Team-work and positive spirit, able to work under high pressure.
・Good communication skills
・Goodwill to work long-term.
