YOU

You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Engineering Admin, you will be responsible for handling technical administration for the engineering team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Implement the technical communication to develop the progress activities and report-on.
Accomplish the creation and collection of 2D drawings, images, and testing data from the provided information to create guidelines for physical testing. Coordinate with the AutoCAD team to create 3D test setup drawing when required.
Combined and standardized all testing documents into a single PDF package.
Process and analyze raw data to generate test result graphs/charts.
Consolidate test information, drawings, test results, test photos, and related documents into the test report templates.
Input the requests for data entry, data collection, data analysis, documentation, survey, etc. from customers.
Maintain close relationships with team members to control the progress /quality of the projects
Perform other tasks per supervisor’s instructions.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

College/ Bachelor Degree related to the engineering background.
< 1 year of experience (Fresher is very welcome).
English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher.
Good at typing skills and using MS Office, Adobe/Bluebeam.
Be enthusiastic and responsive.
Accuracy, high-quality focus, and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly both written and verbal.
Be able to work independently and effectively as a team member.
Positive thinking and hardworking, well-organized mindset, and having proactive attitude.
