Mô tả Công việc

1. Import & Export Operations ( Furniture product )

• Manage all import and export shipments via sea, air, and land.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents: Invoice, Packing List, CO, PHYTO, HC, COA, BL, AWB, HS Code.

• Coordinate with Suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and transporters.

• Prepare customs reports and periodic customs finalization/settlement

• Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.

2. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with import–export laws and regulations.

• Manage yearly report to customs including export processing and Processing settlement

• Handle product declaration, licenses, and import permits.

• Monitor changes in trade regulations, tax, and duties.

3. Cost Control & Trade Optimization

• Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with logistics partners.

• Optimize logistics cost, duties, and taxes.

• Analyse landed cost and propose cost-saving solutions.

• Manage Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).

4 .People & Performance Management

- Manage the customs/import–export team with total 8 person

- Evaluate performance and allocate work effectively with rotation staff for backup person when missing or take holiday or bottom neck .

- Balance working between each staff , with have training person with multi function

5. Reporting & Planning

• Prepare monthly export and import cost with break down per container and customer.

• Prepare import–export reports (yearly to customs ).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or economics

• Nice attitude of cooperation and good leadership

• 3–5 years of experience in import–export or logistics management ( Supervisor position)

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, HS codes, Incoterms. customs settlement report, CO.

• Good communication in English (is prefer, or minimum have can be feed back all email by English).

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
