Job Background

Working Venue: Hanoi Headquarters (overseas/domestic biz trips are expected)
Commencement: As soon as possible (Apr – May 2026)
Round of interview: 1 - 2 rounds (hybrid style, F2F & online)
Number of employee: 7 members (including 1 Japanese General Director)
Report line / Communication Route: This position reports to the General Manager in Singapore or the person assigned by the General Manager in Singapore
Other: Definite labor contracts (initial 2 yrs) in accordance with Vietnam Labor Law

Job Description
Job Summary:

This position is to handle all the accounting tasks for the project:

Handle day-to-day tasks such as payments, invoice issuance, journal entry posting to the accounting software, etc.
Handle the quarterly closing to prepare the financial statements.
Prepare VAT returns, CIT returns, and any other returns to comply the tax regulation with supports from tax advisors.
Communicate with the auditor to finalize the annual financial statements.

Key Accountabilities

Handle all the matters in a timely manner
Journal entries should be accurate and followed Vietnamese GAAP

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

3 years or more experience in accounting
Vietnam GAAP knowledge
Basic or advance Microsoft excel skill
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Ability to work independently and a good team player
Able to communicate and work well with people at all levels
Knowledge or experience on McFrame GA is a plus
Accounting certificate (Vietnamese CPA, U.S CPA, Chief Accountant, etc.) is a plus
Not reluctant to serve tea
