YOUR JOB:

Support in collecting order demand from Sales/Merchandising.
Process Master plan on system and follow up
Conduct updating production data in systems (Oddo, Excel/Google Sheets) incase customer change requirement
Check basic inventory levels, cross-check with BOM, and report shortages to Senior Planning Executive
Coordinate with Purchasing to update material status and estimated delivery times, ensure the material readiness for production.
Work closely with Production team, QC team to follow production progress

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in production scheduling, capacity planning and material controller is preferred
Carefully, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work, proactive, and supportive
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
Basic English listening and writing skills
