Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Specialist to provide expert legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role will focus on interpreting legal requirements, reviewing contracts, managing regulatory risks, and advising internal teams to maintain the company’s adherence to legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and assess impact on company operations.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct legal research and risk assessments to support business decisions.
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Support internal investigations related to compliance and legal risks.
Provide training and advice to employees on legal and compliance issues.
Prepare reports and documentation for senior management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); admission to the bar or relevant legal qualification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Legal experience (preferrably in Large-size company)
Good command of English (both written & verbal)
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.
