Mô tả Công việc

Calling customer to follow up orders
Arrange to pick up sample
Tracking of quotation, order and report status
Create Project/Service/Quotation and order number
Create Annex of DCL quotation. Cross check DCL monthly quotation
Create report
Upload document to customer system
Input and maintain the database of assigned files
Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

BA in Economics; Administration or related field.
At least 01-year experience in administrative / coordination role and/or projects-related role.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high-person people.
Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
Good command of written English, MS office.
