Mô tả Công việc

JOB PURPOSES

The HR Outsourcing Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing activities related to clients and contractors contain Labor management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy.

This role will work closely with clients and contractors under closed supervision to provide services with high quality and in a timely manner.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Financial Goal Achievement

  • Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets
  • Support the team to achieve team’s target
  • Follow up payment of clients, and to contractors on a regular basis

2. HR Outsourcing Services Process

a. Outsourcing Services Delivery:

  • Manage all activities related to the contractors, including but not limited to Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization
  • Arrange Annual Health Check for contractors
  • Issue monthly invoices on time
  • Visit clients to get the inquiries and information if required

b. Process Optimization:

  • Contribute to Process Optimization projects

c. Internal Coordination:

  • Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes
  • Work closely with related teams to ensure that data is accurately integrated into outsourcing processing
  • Support to organize training skills to junior members
  • Provide supports for related teams in activities relating to account management
  • Provide required supports for activities relating to Business Development (if any)
  • Acting Buddy/ Mentor to manage junior members on Outsourcing tasks

d. Reporting

  • Update regular reports as requested

e. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Implement recruitment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks
  • Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required)

3. Client Consultation & Support

  • Answer inquiries from clients, contractors in timely manner
  • Provide necessary consultation for clients and contractors in specific situations, ensure good employee relations
  • Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from clients, contractors
  • Consult clients on labor-related regulations and assist them in understanding relevant documents and processes (if any)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and provide high-quality service
  • Play the role as a bridge between clients and contractors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
  • 2-3 years of working experience in C&B-related work, especially strong at full payroll process, employment relationship management
  • Good knowledge of Labor Code & Insurance Law, PIT
  • Good English communication
  • Strong skills at stakeholder management, operation management, project management, problem solving & decision making
  • Growth mindset and One-team mindset
